User Agreement

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it current, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

2. The Kouvi Service

Kouvi lets tennis enthusiasts watch and host livestreams, join live video calls, exchange serving and training tips, compare skills, upload short practice clips, discuss equipment, follow other players, comment on posts, and participate in tennis events. Features may vary by account, device, region, or service availability.

You may use Kouvi only for lawful, tennis-related community activity and in accordance with this agreement and applicable platform rules.

3. Livestreams and Video Calls

Livestreams and live video calls are real-time interactions. Treat other participants with respect and do not record, rebroadcast, screenshot, or distribute a private call without every participant’s permission. Hosts are responsible for what appears or is heard in their streams, including people in the background, music, court signage, and private information.

Do not expose another person’s location, contact details, identity, or conversation without consent. Leave and report any interaction that feels unsafe.

4. Your Tennis Content

You retain ownership of training clips, livestreams, comments, photos, gear reviews, and other content you create. When you make content available through Kouvi, you grant Kouvi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transcode, reproduce, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have permission from identifiable players, coaches, spectators, venue owners, and other rights holders appearing in your content. You must also have rights to any music, broadcast footage, logos, or third-party material you use.

5. Community and Safety Standards

You may not post, stream, message, or promote content that:

• exploits, endangers, sexualizes, or attempts to contact children inappropriately;
• contains pornography, graphic violence, threats, stalking, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate;
• encourages dangerous tennis drills, reckless court behavior, self-harm, or illegal activity;
• contains harmful deception, impersonation, fraud, spam, match manipulation, or false claims presented to cause harm;
• reveals private information or records a private video call without consent;
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
• contains malware or attempts to interfere with Kouvi’s security, rankings, livestreams, or engagement systems.

6. Tennis Advice and Physical Safety

Serving tips, training routines, equipment opinions, and skill comparisons shared on Kouvi are community content, not medical or professional coaching advice. Use appropriate equipment, follow court rules, warm up, respect your physical limits, and consult a qualified coach or healthcare professional when needed. Stop any activity that causes pain or appears unsafe.

7. Reporting, Moderation, and Enforcement

You may report content or behavior that violates these rules. We may review reports and relevant content, remove posts or livestreams, restrict live features, limit visibility, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal.

8. Other Users and Third-Party Content

Kouvi does not endorse every opinion, coaching tip, gear recommendation, event, or claim made by users. Use your judgment before relying on community content, purchasing equipment, attending an event, or meeting another user. Kouvi is not responsible for arrangements or transactions made independently between users.

9. Kouvi Intellectual Property

Kouvi’s software, branding, interface, original graphics, and service technology are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the app, no rights in Kouvi property are transferred to you.

10. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue livestream, video-call, posting, event, or other features. We work to keep Kouvi reliable, but uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kouvi is provided on an “as available” basis. Kouvi is not responsible for tennis injuries, user conduct, inaccurate community advice, independent meetups, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Ending Your Use

You may stop using Kouvi at any time and request account deletion through the support options in the app. Content may remain where retention is required for safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or where another user has independently shared it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update this agreement to reflect new community features, safety practices, or legal requirements. Material updates will be presented through the app when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
